    We at Century Woodwork feel that, while our products are top-notch and speak for themselves, it is ultimately our services to our customers that make us one of the top companies in our field. The staff at CWI are highly-trained in their real-world and technical experience and have a vast knowledge of our industry and the field of architecture in general. Because of the many combined years of production and engineering experience that we employ, we can produce almost any idea that you can put on paper, and even if we cannot then we will work with you to figure out the best way how.

In-House CAD Design

       Through the implementation of some of the latest design software and up-to-date training using CAD Systems, we are able to help our customers (once they have placed a Purchase Order and/or deposit if required) design their dreams and produce our own production drawings that our shop craftsmen strictly follow. We are able to create design models in 2D format via computer from even the simplest of hand sketches, provided all details and questions have been supplied and answered. CWI will formulate and print all CAD drawings and fax or e-mail them to your location of choice for signature approval. We provide within our CAD structure one free re-draw of all our designs (unless a new drawing is generated due to multiple changes or complete redesign), and try to maintain a 24-hour re-submittal to customers for final approval. If there are situations where multiple re-draws are required, CWI will work with you on providing an upfront rough estimate on the costs associated with the process as it leads to a final approval. The average CAD drawing from CWI starts at $ 50.00, with additional fees added for additional or more extensive work. If, for any reason, an order is drawn and then cancelled, the customer will be charged for minimum one CAD drawing fee, plus any secondary re-draws. Ultimately, the people of CWI feel that it is very important to give our customers the products and designs that they have dreamed of, and that we maintain our mission of providing the highest quality products and services we can, on-time and on-budget. PRE-PRIMING for products

    The people that encompass the company CWI are known for woodworking, not painting. Luckily, we do employ some wonderful machinery and other tools that allow us to not be highly-skilled in this area. We are able to offer basic priming on any and all of our wood and PVC products for an additional charge. We use only the highest-grade water-borne coatings from around the world, which means that they are environmentally-friendly and have virtually no VOC's. Going green is always our goal, and we strive to maintain a clean environment while also fulfilling the needs of our customers. We can either hand-spray or curtain coat almost any product that you need, and can also do this as an outside service fee on any products that you need primed and don't purchase from us. For example, say that you have sent CWI a door and are having us build a frame for it. If you want, we can prime both the CWI door frame and your old door to match for a fee for each item (set at time of purchase - call for quote). We also have a LIMITED ability to pre-finish certain products with these same coatings, provided that we are allowed certain freedoms with custom color matching and finish sheens. (NO staining or clear-coating)  These services are only offered as an in-house service and cannot be performed on-site under any circumstance, although we can provide the customer or end-user with touch-up bottles of our coatings for an additional fee if requested. CNC custom Parts machining

 Within our facilities lie a host of powerful woodworking machines. We are proud that a few of these machines are Multicam CNC routers. These routers are quite capable of producing nearly any product or design that you can create in your mind (5-axis routing is not available). This enables CWI to offer our time and expertise to the general public for forming and fabricating your parts and pieces on an hourly or per-job basis. We have many of the more common tools in the woodworking field and have access to many more, including custom bits. We can design and fabricate many designs into inserts, appliques and even doors themselves. We can do most common 2D and 3D carvings and designs, and have been outsourced to produce signs for those who don't want to buy a CNC machine but require its capabilities.
